What Data We Collect

• Phone number (optional, only if you provide it)
• Messages you send us
• Basic anonymous usage data (like page views)

We never ask for or store CNIC, bank details, passwords, income, or sensitive financial info.

Where Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored securely on servers inside Pakistan or trusted providers that follow PECA 2016 rules.

We do not transfer your data outside Pakistan unless required by law.

How Long We Keep Data

• Contact form messages: Up to 12 months
• Email subscribers: Until you unsubscribe
• Anonymous analytics: 30 days

You can request data deletion anytime — we respond within 7 days.

Your Rights

• See all data we have about you
• Correct any wrong info
• Ask for permanent deletion
• Withdraw consent
• File a complaint with authorities

Data Security

We protect your data using:

• Encrypted HTTPS connections
• Secure databases
• Limited access (only 2 team members)
• Regular backups

Data Breach Policy

In case of a breach, we will:

• Notify affected users within 72 hours
• Inform authorities
• Fix vulnerabilities immediately
